Individual Session

Individual psychotherapy that focuses on developing self awareness, emotional wellness and incorporating self-care tools into your everyday life. Often referred to as “Talk Therapy,“ this is an opportunity to work on personal issues that you may be facing. Some common issues that clients work on are challenges with anxiety, depression, chronic stress, relationship problems, creating boundaries and past traumas.

Couples Session

Dating, engaged or married couples! Couples sessions are tailored to you and your partner. These sessions will help you develop a plan to strengthen, repair and work through any challenges you are experiencing. Some common issues that couples bring to therapy are infidelity, communication incongruences, parenting and finances.

Family Therapy

Family therapy is a specialized modality of psychotherapy that helps families work on conflict and improve their overall familial dynamics. Family can be made up of two or more individuals-whether related or not. Some common family issues that are discussed in family therapy are separation/divorce, blended families, addiction, parenting challenges and more.

EMDR Treatment

EMDR or (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), is a modality of treatment that is designed to alleviate distress created from traumatic memories or events. EMDR therapy is an 8-phase treatment; focusing on the past, the present and the future. “EMDR therapy shows that the mind can in fact heal from psychological trauma as the body recovers from physical trauma.“

Effective January 1, 2022, the No Surprises Act, which congress passed as part of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021, is designed to protect patients from receiving surprise bills. Designed to give clients an estimate of how much they’ll be charged for the healthcare services they are receiving, prior to their appointment. The No Surprises Act also enables uninsured patients receive a good faith estimate of care.
